Education
We provide free information sessions to ACT schools about your rights at work, including the National Employment Standards, and workplace rights and responsibilities.
Leadership
We provide opportunities for young people to take a leading role in the young worker movement to improve awareness of workplace rights.
Empowerment
Too many young people are exploited when they start their very first job. We give young people the skills and confidence to stand up for their rights.
Young workers are twice as likely as older workers to be ripped off at work. Our Rights at Work in Schools program educates young people, so they can navigate their workplace rights.
